Manotick is a suburb in the south part of Ottawa located on the Rideau River. Neighbouring communities include: Barrhaven and Riverside South. Manotick contains so much history and has a charming village feel. It is a safe neighbourhood with a low crime rate.

Many of the homes in Manotick are waterfront homes on the Rideau River, or are on acres of wooded land or back onto forestry. Housing in the area leans more towards the high end range, however you can still find some options around the $300,000 mark.
