The dollars saved on reducing a seller's commission and services do not equal the money that sellers could make if their homes were exposed to every potential buyer in the marketplace. It is our hope that sellers ask all the right questions and have a clear understanding of the services that they are getting for the money that they are paying and, similar to any other industry, that those services being provided are in writing. Our team's sellers satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not satisfied with our services, as provided in writing, our team will have 10 days to remedy any problems, after which time, if the situation is not remedied, and you are still not satisfied, you have the right to cancel the contract.
