TESTIMONIALS

Had the pleasure of working with Andrew to purchase our first home. Very responsive, presented us with all the options and when asked provided his recommendation. His background/expertise in construction and especially dealing with Septic/Well questions was really valuable. He was very quick to set up appropriate inspections, all of which were done very professionally and reasonable cost. We were very happy to have him as our agent and would recommend him and the team to anyone.
Thanks again!

When we decided to sell our house, from the real estate agents that we interviewed, Beth matched what we were looking for right out of the gate. Her knowledge of the real estate market and her approach to doing business were in line with our core values.

She has been trustworthy throughout the entire process of selling the house. Beth and her team brought a lot of value in key areas like marketing, staging and even some improvements in the house. The drone shot was our favorite.

We probably went through the most difficult season of house-selling post COVID-19 and market shift. Beth’s honest advice was key to get us through all the challenges and finally getting our house sold with satisfaction.

I’d highly recommend Beth and her team if you are looking to either buy or sell a house.

Beth came to us recommended by a friend, so we had high expectations. She quickly proved to be a consummate professional, incredibly well-informed, very knowledgeable, and absolutely trustworthy. As we were moving from Toronto to Ottawa, we were really relying on her to be our eyes and ears and to help us find the right neighbourhood. She scoped out several locations for us, and soon found us a place that was exactly what we wanted. Beth was a tireless advocate for us throughout the process, and a patient guide. She even provided service to us well beyond the closing date by personally making sure that the keys were in a secure lockbox on our property. As I said, we had high expectations of Beth, and she truly delivered. I would recommend her without hesitation, and am eternally grateful for everything she did for us.

Andrew, Beth and their team are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very familiar with the Ottawa market and surrounding areas. Highly recommend reaching out to this team if you are searching for your next home. Andrew and Beth have always gone above and beyond for us.

Beth and the team provided outstanding service throughout the duration of our home sale. She was always available and prompt to resolve minor issues, as we navigated the largest transaction of our lives.  We are pleased with the outcome as well as the journey. Beth came recommended by a good friend to hire as the selling agent of my first home. Naturally, I was a little nervous since I've never gone through this process before, but from the moment I started working with her she was professional, efficient, and courteous. Before I knew it my house was staged, listed and SOLD! She made the whole process really efficient and easy, and with everything else I had going on with the new house, this was certainly appreciated! Along with the excellent service she provided a quick sale at the price I wanted. Need an agent? Don't hesitate to call her!

I found Beth Bonvie through my Boyfriend's family. Beth also sold my Boyfriend's home a year ago. She conducted herself very well in a rural market, and had Charlie's home sold in two weeks!! Beth sold my home a year later, which closed Oct 30th, 2023. My home sale was a different story. Interest rates in January of 2022 were at 0.25%, and October of 2023 rates were at 5%. My home, which was my parents' home was dated and was in need of some major capital! I chose to vacate the home and Beth listed it in June/23. Beth did an excellent job staging the home. Throughout the summer of 2023, the Real Estate market took a severe dump due to interest rate hikes, and other economic issues. I am so happy I used Beth, she knew the market target! Beth's background in residential and commercial development/construction and secondary education spoke for itself! Beth succeeded any other local real estate I have ever dealt with in the past!! She is very innovative, and knows what it takes to sell a dated home! Thank you so much, Beth, I really did appreciate your expertise on this sale! I will definitely be using Beth Bonvie in the near future!!.

We have worked with Beth three times now, one sale and two purchases. She has been unfailingly professional and kind. Her negotiating skills were a definite advantage when we were trying to finalize terms. Beth went above and beyond many times, visiting condos on our behalf while we were out of town. Her advice was invaluable when staging and selling our home. I would not hesitate to recommend her.Andrew was our agent for a purchase that we made on a Condo in Equinelle in Kemptville. I found Andrew to be extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the Condo purchase. Since our purchase was for investment Andrew was also instrumental in getting us our first tenant in just under a week and taking care of the paperwork for the rental. I find Andrew to be a dedicated and helpful realtor and I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew for any realty transaction. For our next realty transaction I would certainly entrust Andrew to take the helm.

I cannot begin to articulate how amazing Andrew was as our realtor. Patience of a saint!! This man patiently humoured my unrealistic criteria for a home, and allowed me to realize on my own, that in this crazy housing market I would not find what I wanted for the price I wanted. After a long 2 years We finally found a home that we LOVE! During our 2 year search, never once did he make me feel as though I was wasting his time, or seemed annoyed that I was so picky, which was a difficult task even for my husband! I wanted what I wanted and together we finally found it! Andrew has such amazing people skills and has such a talent for his profession, absolutely amazing realtor! Probably being his longest running clients to purchase one home and all the time we spent together over the years, I feel as though not only did we find our forever home, but we also made a great friend along the way! Thanks for everything Andrew, you are AMAZING!

Andrew Moore is the most professional real estate person we have ever had. Andrew answered all the questions we had regarding our new property. We have had the pleasure of working with Andrew in the past with the sale of other properties we owned. I would highly recommend Andrew if you are looking to sell or buy properties in Ottawa. It’s so nice to see a young person who is so hardworking and available when one makes a request or needs to have any questions answered. Thank you so much Andrew!

I cannot say enough great things about Andrew and his team, from start to finish they beyond exceed our expectations. From listing our home and selling it within days with multiple offers – over asking price – to finding our new beautiful home in this tough market at a fair price. Every step along the way Andrew was incredibly helpful with all of our questions and concerns and handled everything very professionally. I would recommend Andrew and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You will not be disappointed. Thanks for everything Andrew, we truly appreciate it.

We really enjoyed working with Andrew. On our house search we encountered a few obstacles. Andrew gave us valuable solutions and ideas to get us into a home we are truly enjoying. Thanks for all your hard work. We wish you all the best.

I would like to give Beth a big Thank You. It was amazing how my house deal all came to be… I was living out west, up north and had an opportunity to move closer to family. I was lucky, my sister introduced us me to Beth. While I was down for my interview we did a hail marry of looking for a place. We spent a whole day checking out all of the places available in my price range in the areas I wanted to see and packed on a lot of miles on her car. I am picky and I wanted home with character and charm. By the end of the day I was tired and not feeling that I had found anything close to what I wanted or where I wanted to be. I went back up North and browsed MLS. Wow, I found a house in the town of Merrickville, price was ok, had charm, character, and a great look. I immediately e-mailed Beth. It had just come on the market and I was interested in what she thought. As I was e-mailing her, she was e-mailing me on the same house. Freaky! Since I was not able to view it, I got my sister and Beth to preview it for me to get the feel of the place. I have never heard 2 people so excited as those 2 when they called me right after seeing the house. I know it was the winner, but I would not be there for a month. While I was waiting to move the home owner’s got offers but refused to take them until they met me. My sister and Beth made a great impression. Luv it!! I flew in on a Thursday night and the deal was done on Friday night. I had a great time with Beth, her knowledge of housing, and willingness to go above and beyond made my house buying adventure a breeze.

We met Andrew Moore through a mutual friend and he has been a blessing to us. Patiently helping as we searched for the perfect new home. Meeting us at odd hours and places due to our wonky schedules. We are days from moving into our new home and could not have done it without Andrew. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. He is one of the best and we wish him well. Thank you Andrew.

Andrew was fantastic to deal with. We had the pleasure of working with Andrew when we were looking for our first home. He made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. He was always available, extremely quick to respond and was very knowledgeable. We were on a time crunch to find a house. Andrew showed us lots of houses in a short period of time, and we were able to find our perfect house. I recommend Andrew to everyone I talk to and look forward to working with him again for our next purchase.

Big thanks to Andrew for landing our new home. Professional and prompt replies.

Moving from Northern Alberta to Ottawa was a very difficult transition owing to the extreme differences in these two regions of Canada. My family benefited by having Beth Bonvie as our real-estate agent because she was able to help us decide on a region to best suit our needs, to show us only homes that she felt genuinely suited us, and then to help us complete all aspects of the transaction in a professional and friendly manner. Her emotional intelligence was high and she offered unique guidance and advice on what she heard my children speaking about in terms of their preferences and this insight was of particular value in helping us choose the right house to suit the children as well as our financial needs. We loved working with Beth!

After not having had the best real estate experience in the past, Miguel and I were apprehensive about whom to trust with the sale/purchase of our family’s home. Upon first meeting Andrew we knew we had found the right guy for the job. Not only was he passionate about his work but he was patient, kind and went above and beyond to help us not only sell our home in 4 days but purchase our new dream home. It’s so refreshing to work with someone so down to earth and personable. Thanks for everything Andrew!

Andrew, I just wanted to say thank you for the help with purchasing this commercial property for my expanding business. Getting all those tricky answers for me and suggesting some fixes were really appreciated. Thanks for going the extra distance. We love it here.

We were very impressed by the knowledge and insight Beth provided in building our custom home. She went out of her way to meet with us for making product and material choices for our home design. Beth has extensive knowledge and experience regarding the inner workings of a home and was able to provide recommendations for light and plug placements. After our new home closed, we didn’t expect to hear from her again. However, Beth continued to be actively involved and assisted us. Because of the valued service we received, we used Beth’s real estate company to sell our condo. We were impressed by the glossy brochures, market analysis and web based slide show that Beth prepared for our resale. And the best part is that we sold our home for the priced we wanted for it. We really appreciate the value of advice and highly recommend Beth Bonvie for purchasing or selling your home. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and professional real estate agent, Beth is your woman.

Andrew Moore sold my home quickly and at the asking price in a challenging market. His knowledge, creativity and attention to detail made the process simple and easy. Andrew has become my trusted advisor when it comes to real estate matters and I always recommend his services to friends and colleagues when they have a need.

We had a fantastic experience working with Beth as our real estate agent. Beth walked us through every step from preparing the offer to closing the sale and everything in between, practically and professionally. We were blown away with the amount of work Beth put in researching the current market in our area to attain a desirable but realistic listing price, and was always very quick to reply to any phone call, email or text message. We would choose to work with Beth again in a heartbeat! Thanks Beth!

Thank you very much Andrew. The assistance you provided was first class from Day 1 and we couldn’t be happier with our new home. From the first time we discussed what our family was looking for in a home, until the day we moved in, you were there to help us, guide us and prepare us for what to expect next. We never felt any type of pressure and we know your advice was always based on our best interests. Through every step in the process we always felt like we were your top priority. The service you provided went well beyond what we expected from a realtor. Thanks again for everything.

Beth has been an absolute joy to work with. When my wife and I started to look at new homes we were recommended by a family member to contact Beth; we took their advice and have been extremely happy with her ever since. Beth’s professional services, advice and recommendations helped us sell our house in a matter of days for $10,000 above our asking price (we were absolutely blown away). She then helped us find our dream home, ensured an effortless move and still works to this day to ensure that we are enjoying our home. She encourages an open line of communication and responds to questions in a timely manner, which was extremely appreciated. In short, Beth has always been friendly, courteous, professional and has gone above and beyond our expectations by adding her personal touches throughout our home selling and buying experience. We would highly recommend her to our family and friends. Thanks Beth!

Moving overseas can be stressful, and the sale of a home just adds to the pressure. Beth Bonvie was recommended by a friend, who had just moved in the past year. We contacted her right away to see what she could do for us. Beth’s detailed knowledge of the local market and her ability to walk us through her listings research to provide us with our own options, immediately made us feel at ease. The effort she put into the promotion of our home, with professional staging and amazing pictures by her photographer (even drone shots), demonstrated her dedication to us as clients. Beth used every means possible to tastefully market our home. She was always easy to contact on short notice and quick to return messages, even when we were outside of Canada. She did not let the time difference stop her efforts, resulting in the sale of our home in a trying market. Her team is remarkable, ethical, and professional and Colleen is a gem…truly a pleasure to work with!! We will absolutely contact Beth Bonvie again when the time comes to buy/sell another home. A+++

We can’t thank Andrew enough for helping us sell our home. A dedicated and true professional, we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their house. We had nothing but confidence in his ability to take of our best interest.

We had the best experience working with Beth. She stuck with us even when our first house fell through and she helped us find our perfect home. I would highly recommend Beth to anyone looking for an agent. She is educated and helpful and we are happy to call her a friend.

When buying our first home, it was an incredible experience. We decided together to have Andrew Moore look out for our best interests and we were never disappointed! He always took in our considerations, was honest, and reliable! At any time we could call him or email him about any questions we had. Even though we have only just recently purchased our new home, we will always recommend and use Andrew Moore as our real estate agent! To those who will get Andrew Moore’s help, you will never be disappointed! Thank you Andrew!

Beth is amazing! She and her team did an excellent job of staging my house. Beth was very open and honest with what buyers are looking for. Using her wealth of knowledge, I was able to focus on what really mattered to get the house ready to be listed. I really can’t think of anything more that Beth and her team could have done and I would be happy to work with Beth again.

We have never enjoyed such a positive experience with a realtor. Hands down Andrew Moore is top notch. He went above and beyond our needs not only as home buyers and vendors, but also for our family on a personal level. His attention to detail, initiative, availability and flexibility are far superior to anything we have experience before. It is clear to us that Andrew loves his job, as well as his clients and puts 110% into his efforts. Thanks Andrew, you are at the top of our referral list!!

Beth went above and beyond anything we would have expected. She added so much value to our home-buying process, we can’t recommend her enough. As first-time home buyers trying to enter the market, and as someone that had spent (way too much) time on MLS, watching the market, and doing research, I initially thought we didn’t need a real estate agent if we got a home inspection. Beth proved me wrong. She filtered our home searches, which made the process more efficient and she taught us what other steps we needed to take to be able to move on a house quickly, which was necessary given the Ottawa market. She had us viewing the house we ended up purchasing as the “For Sale” sign was being placed on the front yard. She was very helpful during the offer-counter offer process and was very knowledgable of the Sale Agreement itself. On closing day, she also took care of several things that popped up unexpectedly, and coordinated with several other individuals to make sure everything closed on time. Her actions on closing day were exceptional; as my partner and I work full time and had limited ability to deal with the surprises, Beth and her team handled everything on our behalf. We can’t thank her or recommend her enough.
