I found Beth Bonvie through my Boyfriend's family. Beth also sold my Boyfriend's home a year ago. She conducted herself very well in a rural market, and had Charlie's home sold in two weeks!! Beth sold my home a year later, which closed Oct 30th, 2023. My home sale was a different story. Interest rates in January of 2022 were at 0.25%, and October of 2023 rates were at 5%. My home, which was my parents' home was dated and was in need of some major capital! I chose to vacate the home and Beth listed it in June/23. Beth did an excellent job staging the home. I would like to give Beth a big Thank You. It was amazing how my house deal all came to be… I was living out west, up north and had an opportunity to move closer to family. I was lucky, my sister introduced us me to Beth. While I was down for my interview we did a hail marry of looking for a place. We spent a whole day checking out all of the places available in my price range in the areas I wanted to see and packed on a lot of miles on her car. I am picky and I wanted home with character and charm. By the end of the day I was tired and not feeling that I had found anything close to what I wanted or where I wanted to be. Beth went above and beyond anything we would have expected. She added so much value to our home-buying process, we can’t recommend her enough. As first-time home buyers trying to enter the market, and as someone that had spent (way too much) time on MLS, watching the market, and doing research, I initially thought we didn’t need a real estate agent if we got a home inspection. Beth proved me wrong. She filtered our home searches, which made the process more efficient and she taught us what other steps we needed to take to be able to move on a house quickly, which was necessary given the Ottawa market.
